We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, since fulfillment begins right away. You’re welcome to email at support@perfectfitwear.com with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@perfectfitwear.com. We will do our best to correct any errors if your order has not yet been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes.

Here are a few things you can try to help locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors: Packages are sometimes delivered to the wrong address nearby.
  • Look around your property: Couriers may leave packages in hidden or secure spots, like behind planters or near side doors.
  • Allow 24–72 hours: Occasionally, tracking updates show "delivered" before the package actually arrives. It may still show up later that day or within the next couple of days.

If you’re still unable to locate your package after 72 hours, please contact us at support@perfectfitwear.com. we’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.

We apologize for your inconvenience. Please use our returns portal to request an exchange for the correct item here.

Refunds
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing time once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is processed. The refund amount will be the full price of the product. We don't charge restocking fees. Refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. 

Exchanges
The easiest way to get an exchange is to make a return, and then place a new order. If you requested an exchange, new items are sent out immediately after your exchange is submitted. Exchange orders ship within 1-2 business days and are sent with free 4-9 business day shipping.

Yes, we do ship internationally! While we’re not able to offer free international shipping at this time, we’re committed to providing the most competitive rates possible.

We offer multiple shipping options for international orders. One of the most popular choices is UPS with Duties and Taxes Included, which means no unexpected fees upon delivery.* The total you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll be charged—no extra costs later. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

*To avoid surprise charges, make sure to select a shipping option labeled Duties and Taxes Included at checkout.
