Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return and exchange items within 30 days from the delivery date at no cost. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair or odors. Items returned in used condition will be rejected and no refund will be issued. If you’ve requested an exchange and the return is not approved, you’ll be invoiced for both the original and replacement items. Products marked as "final sale" may be exchanged for a different size of the same item if available, but are otherwise not eligible for return.
RETURNING GIFT ITEMS
If you were given our clothing as a gift and would like to return/exchange, please contact us HERE. Please provide the original order number or any order details (Email, Name, Phone Number etc) so that we could locate the order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please click HERE. Please include photos of the affected area or defective item. We will work with you to get a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free international (non US) returns and exchanges at this time. For international return request, please contact us HERE.
REFUNDS
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing time once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is processed. The refund amount will be the full price of the product. We don't charge restocking fees. Refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
EXCHANGES
The easiest way to get an exchange is to make a return, and then place a new order. If you requested an exchange, new items are sent out immediately after your exchange is submitted. Exchange orders ship within 1-2 business days and are sent with free 4-9 business day shipping.
We monitor return activities to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. We are not responsible for any items lost during returns shipping.
